Kneaded by hand.
Loved by Fairborn.
We've been kneading dough by hand every single morning for as long as Fairborn can remember. At Verona's, every pie starts the old-school way — fresh dough, homemade sauce, real ingredients, and recipes built around big flavor and family tradition.

From a local pizza joint to a go-to.
What started as a small Fairborn pizza shop turned into the place people keep coming back to — for giant slices, crispy garlic knots, loaded calzones, cheesy baked pasta, and Italian comfort food that hits every single time. Week after week. Friday after Friday.
- NY-style pizza
- Hand-folded calzones
- Baked pasta nights
- Garlic knots, by the dozen
- Italian classics

Built on Family.
I've been in kitchens for over 20 years — 15 of them right here in Fairborn. What started as a way to build a life for my family turned into something I genuinely love doing.
Fairborn made that easy. The people are kind and hardworking, and seeing families fill these tables, kids laughing, friends hanging out over pizza — that never gets old.
Most days it's me, my wife, and our kids in here together. That's the best part. We put care into everything because this place means a lot to us.
— the Verona's family
Late-night pizza runs. Friday takeout. Game-day dinners. Familiar faces walking through the door.
— that's the whole job.
Fairborn's go-to spot
for Italian.
We're a family-owned Italian kitchen, and we've felt this town's love for years. From our New York–style pies to homemade Italian classics, everything we serve is meant to feel warm, generous, and worth craving again tomorrow.
Comforting. Nostalgic. Seriously satisfying. That's the only kind of food we know how to make.

Dough up.
Every.
Single.
Morning.
No conveyor belts. No frozen shortcuts. Just a Statue of Liberty apron, two hands, and a stack of pans waiting to be filled.
